After receipt of all needed and requested documents, it takes between 7 to 10 days to e-mail all forms and documents for the 501c3 Application. The Basic and the Plus packages are due in full to start services. The Premium package can be split into two payments. The initial payment is nonrefundable, and the last payment is due immediately upon notification that all documents have been completed by RightTrac Consulting. If you wish, you may extend the service period by paying $100 per month (an extension can be a maximum of two months). After exceeding 2 months, 501c3 services would be forfeited and a reinstatement fee of a $100 would be required to continue with services.
Please be advised there is no refund for those who change their minds after full or initial payment.
If we determine your organization does not meet the 501 (c) tax exempt requirements, we will notify you and there is no fee owed. There is a $0 fee for any organization RightTrac Consulting determine doesn’t meet 501 (c) requirements.
