Step 1. Sign Up
Contact us today and sign up for our services. Pay by credit/debit card (American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover). Or pay by Pay Pal, cashier’s check, or money order.

Step 2. Fill Out the Forms and Questionnaire
Through the questionnaire and our participation, RightTrac Consulting will structure your application for success with IRS. The questionnaire is due back within 48 hours of signing up for service, exceeding 48 hours will result in 1 day added to your 501c3 Application completion. Each day that the questionnaire is late thereafter, will continue to add another day. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Step 3. Review of Documents
In order to guarantee approval, we first must review existing legal documents and Certificate of formation. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Step 4. We Create and E-mail you all your corporate documents
We prepare corporate documents and e-mail them to you in PDF format (within 5 days) Along with your documents, we send you specific instructions on completing and submitting Articles of your Incorporation to your Secretary of State.

Step 5. We obtain your EIN
We will prepare your application to obtain your EIN.

Step 6. You Sign your 501c3 Application and mail it off to the IRS
We prepare your 501c3 documents and email them to you in PDF format (within in 7 to 10 days) with specific instructions for putting the documents together to mail with your IRS Form 1023.

Step 7. Staying in Touch
We are here for you from start to finish. Meaning, we will stay in touch with you until you receive your IRS Determination Letter. We stay updated about your IRS application progress. We are also available to answer any and all inquiries that you may have throughout the entire process.
