Once you purchase challenge you will be sent a email with a link to download App and also provide challenge starting photos. (These photos or video will be kept confidential) It’s vital that I know you starting point to be able to be able to accurately see your progress in the challenge.

PREPARE FOR THE CHALLENGE
After downloading the App you will receive key steps to help prepare you for the challenge as well as how to connect with Private Facebook group.
Rules and Regulations
Duration of Challenge – This is a 4 week challenge. Challenge closes once full.
Eligibility – Male or female contestants are welcome. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Entry Photos – You must submit three (3) photos as part of your challenge entry ( Video shots are recommended). You must have good posture and be visible, and have good lighting. Underwear or a swimsuit are strongly recommended. The photos must be a front, side, and back shot of your entire body. Close up face shots or clothed pictures where it is difficult to see the shape of participant are not valid. You do not have to include face shot if you don’t prefere, from the neck down is acceptable. Participants that chooses to send pictuers, must hold a piece of paper displaying the date the photo was taken. Digital editing except those mentioned below will be rejected. The only valid changes you may make is cropping, re-sizing, or using something to cover the face, tattoos, or other features that may be used to identify you. Please note that any contestants who fail to submit starting photos will lose their spot in the challenge.
Judging– Winners will be determined by Nolan based on who has the most significant overall transformation between your first and last set of pictures or videos, consistency in following the program, and participation in the private Facebook group.
